drz400dude Posted January 6, 2024 Posted January 6, 2024 I just got a simfab DCS setup. Just wondering what people have for monitor setups. I currently have a 32" acer gaming monitor and a quest pro VR. Does VR work well with a pit setup, or does a monitor work better so you can see everything not on the HOTAS controls? For those with a monitor, what is a good size? I was looking at ultrawide gaming monitors, but it seems like the fact that they are not very tall would not be ideal for flight sims. Any input would be appreciated. I'm running a i9-13900KF, RTX 3080, 32GB RAM.
Ala12Rv-Tundra Posted January 6, 2024 Posted January 6, 2024 Vr is very doable for cockpits. I'm fact having the devices in a fixed position helps building muscle memory.
