Can not respawn with "Get new plane - respawn" key bind

The "Get new plane - respawn" doesn't work. Whether the aircraft is fine, damaged or whether the CPG or PLT ejected. Selecting the same slot from "select role" also does not work to respawn.

Get new plane should get a new plane, even if the current one is just fine.
