Hello, I have seen many tutorials to convert steam to standalone, But I want to achieve the opposite goal, For convenience.

I never bought DLCs on Steam and will not in future, If I link my Steam account to DCS account, Can I download/start the game from steam and still access my DLCs from DCS account?

No. That's not possible, hence no tutorials.

MAXsenna is correct, however if it's just the steam community and social features you are after (friends, steam overlay, streaming etc.) you can easily add standalone DCS to your steam as external app. Then it will behave like a steam game in some aspects, but downloads and DRM will not be managed by steam.
