(Wish) Realistic head limits

Doesn't take long to find Youtube videos full of this kind of thing. I'm sure at times WW2 pilots would have loved to have no skull above the eyebrows and an extendable neck; it makes pulling lead against a target under the nose so much simpler. But they didn't.

It's not confined to FW-190 pilots by any means but it does highlight how the un-realistic head height limits, or lack thereof, are being exploited.

It feels in times the pilot has the qualities or Dr. Reed from Incredible Four, being able to turn and stretch neck like rubber. I understand the balance between realism vs playability though.
