Wow I am getting horrible lag ,not sure what is going on, I can play FSX on almost full, and any other game I through at it, it runs them on full.

 

My Specs are;

Vista 32 bit

Q6600 quad core 2.4ghz

500 gig HDD Sata III

Nvidia 260GTX Core 216 869MB DDR3

3 Gig Ram DDR2

 

So I don't understand what this is all about, does anyone else have the same issues?

You mean low FPS?

 

Perhaps you´ve got to try any affinity tool (like DcsMax) so Bkack Shark can use all your CPU cores.

What settings do you have Black shark at? First things to do is turn the water to medium or low and turn off the mirrors in the options. These really hurt FPS and offer little benefit.

are you using DCS MAX?

as BS wont be using the quad core. i used to get 25fps etc till i used dcsmax now i get around a consistent 40 - 50fps no problems.

 

i have every thing flat out at 1920 x 1200 except the water setting as on the highest level its just a killer

 

and my specs are:

Hp Touchsmart 25.5inch

duo core 2.1

vista 64

4gb of ram

9600gs 512

Another thing: if you are playing in windowed mode, try fullscreen. Playing windowed can be absolute murder on the fps.
