Billboard / Changing pictures

does anyone of you know if it is possible to change the pictures of the billboard?

If you mean the motorized billboard static then yes. You can create a livery for it and have it display whatever pictures you want.

Make a mod usuable witj OvGME better to uninstall it for update (make one for an event)
