Audio question - worlds apart?

I recently re-installed from scratch 2.9 and started playing worlds apart. The audio from the narrator can barely be heard. I remember not having this issue in other campaigns. What setting do I need to adjust, seems like the music setting if I turn it to 100% then I can barely hear the narrator.

Could be my fresh install or maybe I have a setting somewhere set wrong.

Start the mission push [ESC] choose option then audio 

there you can tune down the volume on most things

Same in multi. AI voice= DB loss is too great to use the simulator. The Sim worked fine on 6/13/24 but not today started a new ticket should have Named it DCS unplayable with a small caveat AUDIO ai no warnings. RWR EW

I'm afraid after reading your post 5 times in a row, I still don't understand.

First, can you confirm this is an issue specifically affecting the Worlds Apart campaign? If not, please find the appropriate subforum for the problem you encounter.

Second, can you confirm that by "AI voice" you're referring to the in-game narration/voice-over by your virtual pilot, copilot and other virtual assets?

Third, can you confirm that this issue affects the simulator beyond the sound-scape in such a way that you can no longer fly/control the UH-1H in any mission of the Worlds Apart campaign?

Interestingly enough, there were no DCS updates in the last couple of days. Surely you would have mentioned installing an update prior to the occurrence of these issues. While it is not entirely impossible for the passage of time to induce problems, it is still much more likely for an event like a DCS update, a Windows update or a simple change of the game's sound settings to have an effect of the type you describe. Please make a best effort to report if any of these happened in the time frame in question.
