[DONE] JF17: Inlet cover and ladder can't be reattached

Introduction

Once removed the "Inlet Cover and Ladder" can't be placed again.

Description

Regardless of whether cold or hot or air launched, the "inlet cover and ladder" cannot be reinstated to the aircraft once removed. I know this isn't 100% necessary, but it's annoying for realism. Please tell me the right way to do it if I'm doing something wrong or if it's supposed to be this way.

How to reproduce

1. Get into a cold JF17
2. Request to remove "Inlet Cover and Ladder"
3. Request to reattach "Inlet Cover and Ladder"

i will try to add next time:

open a configuration GUI panel from radio menu, and then just check the box beside the ladder and cover to reinstall, uncheck to remove
