TwoLate Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 Hello everyone, I have been away and want to get back flying props. I made a mission so I can practice rockets and bombs at a base. I set up some planes, flak and AAA to shoot defenses. I place them around base to what I think it is easy to see. I was wrong. I see tracers so I go in and have to guess where they might be and never really see them. It seems they are so small and blend in with the ground. I have a 32 inch monitor with of 3440 x 1440 native resolution. Any suggestions to help my ground pounding. I would rather not use DOTS but I may have too. I fly P-51 and P-47. I fly mornings so I get those nice looking contrast Spudknocker recommends. I don't think this issue is map specific, but I thought this was best place to post this. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

DLAA and DLSS due to their upscaling nature screw up the target visibility at far/med distances. If you're using them try switching to MSAA instead. Otherwise it's all a matter of getting used to the scaling used in DCS. 1
TwoLate Posted March 2, 2024 Author Posted March 2, 2024 (edited) Thanks for the reply I will try this. I was thinking about a lower resolution. I do have a 4070 Nvidia card. Edited March 2, 2024 by TwoLate [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
