issue where the CBU-97 fuze height value of L CFT is not applied properly.

CBU-97 was loaded into LC RC and the height value was set to 2600.

After setting it to RP SGL/QTY 4, I dropped CBU-97, but two shots flew in the wrong place.

When I checked LC RC separately, I found that the fuze value was not properly reflected in LC.

To resolve the issue, a track file is attached separately.
