RealSimulator RS_HID_DEV_TOOL program PROBLEM

I bought two years ago the F16SGRH Anti-Slip v2 with the FSSB-R3 Lighting MK II ULTRA base 

Until yesterday I had no problem but suddenly the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL program stopped working…..

I tried to uninstall and reinstall it ….but nothing 

I tried to keep on my PC only the stick …nothing

I boot PC many times ….nothing 

The DCC program it’s working so I reinstall the last firmware….but nothing 

The stick looks like working …….but the program does not open

I m running Win 11 

I installed the program in a Laptop and after i connect the stick i saw that everything work ok under Win10.......

That meen tha the problem is in Win 11

Any Idea ? Can anyone help ?.....Thank you

Did you updated to Win11 right before the program stopped working or always had Win11 installed right from the beginning ?

Any message from the AV program ?

Check page 107 of the manual attached, you might try that... it might help in doing a "clean" uninstall...
