IFF Modes for AI Aircraft

Recently saw a youtube video by Notso, a tutorial on the F-15E IFF system. In it, he had set several AI tankers to various IFF codes other than mode 4. When I checked in the ME, there did not seem to be a way to do this.

Is there a way? If so, how? I would like to be able to assign specific IFF mode 1, 2, 3 codes to specific aircraft such as tankers and AWACS in my miz files.

Cheers

for now you can enter AI mode 1  and 3 transponder codes in pilot name field until ED develops a field for aircraft properties.
mode 2 can be changed only for specific aircraft such as only F-15E and I guess the Mirage-F1 via mission editor special properties.

to set mode 3 and mode 1 for ai aircraft put this in the pilot name :  #IFF_M3=<4-digit code>,#IFF_M1:<2-digit code>
i.e  :  #IFF_M3=4444,#IFF_M1=11

Notso is showing the mission editor IFF configuration in his video from the 1:30 minute mark onwards just like @-Cipher- explained:

Got it. I also asked Notso directly via YouTube, he got back to me right away. If I want M3C, is that what I type in?
