migmadmarine30 Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 I'm trying to boot up DCS so I could install all my modules but the sim won't launch. I initially installed it on my C drive but there wasn't enough space. I then decided to move it to D drive and it was able to launch with no problems, now for some reason it only displays the login page, the Nvidia logo, then the DCS logo and after that just doesn't launch. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but the same thing happens. I wonder if it had something to do with me moving the folder and if not, what? dcs.log
Solution Maverick87Shaka Posted March 14, 2024 Solution Posted March 14, 2024 Did you try to clean the folder inside saved games? Make a test wiping the DCS (or DCS.openbeta) inside c:\users\<yourname>\saved games\ FlighRIG => CPU: RyZen 5900x | RAM: 64GB Corsair 3000Mhz | GPU: nVIDIA RTX 4090 FE | OS Storage: SSD NVMe Samsung 850 Pro 512GB, DCS Storage: SSD NVMe Sabrent 1TB | Device: Multipurpose-UFC, VirPil T-50, TM WARTHOG Throttle, TrackHat, MFD Cougar with screen. rob10 Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 Check this and related threads. Basically Oculus V63 is almost for sure causing your issue.
