no bug Communication Menu will not open

Hi everyone,

overnight something happened with my F-5 module, specifically with the Communication Menu binding. Everything worked fine yesterday, since this morning whenever I'm flying the Comms Menu will not open using the bound keyboard key. When on the ground I can use the very same bound key and it opens the Comms Menu. I rebound to alternative keys, I changed the setting in the General configuration as well, I then deleted the Default folder as well as the keyboard folder of the F-5 under SavedGames|DCS|Config|Input to reset, no luck. I have no idea what to do now, need some help.

(If this is at all relevant I am seeing the same behaviour in the current community A-4E module, this workled perfectly well yesterday evening as well and since this morning I'm seeing this strange behaviour)

I had a similar problem with my F5 and had to stop using it for awhile.  About a month ago I tried it again and it just started to work again.  I did nothing in between to make it work although I did update to win11.

Interesting. I'm on 11 already but no changes that I'm aware of since last night

Damn, figured it out, a combination of Easy Comms and various different keys for the different radios

To explain further, in missions without easy comms, you must press the radio push to talk or transmit button to open the comms menu when in flight. 
 

This simulates the necessity of using the radio to communicate outside of the airplane 

This is true in all full fidelity modules AFAIK.
