Warthog stick and base not working..

I just bought a used WARTHOG Stick (F-16 plus Helicopter extension) plus Base, that in a 1st moment was not recognized (it was due to a bad cable connection). After it worked and airframe update it's not working anymore i.e. PC find it but no more button and axis are workign..

Have you ever experienced something like that?

First, make absolutely certain the male and female 5pin connectors are seating fully together.
