what does this mean?: Must start the game in OpenXR mode (--force_OpenXR parameter)

I"m about to receive a Reverb G2 and i'm collecting the sw I believe I'll need.  Found that requirement in the instructions for OpenXR Toolkit.

If you are using the DCS.exe from the bin-mt folder, it is not necessary, since OpenXR is the default for that anyways.

Just make sure you have OpenXR selected as your active runtime in the „OpenXR tools for Windows Mixed Reality“. (A piece of software from the microsoft store. Not to be confused with the „OpenXR toolkit companion“ that you are most likely referring to.)
