Vehicles not spawning at mission start

This is a weird one.  Updated my install yesterday and decided to mess with Combined Arms.  So I was trying some of the training missions and the tanks, etc were not there, only unarmed vehicles.

I tried creating my own mission with various vehicles, same thing.  Only the unarmed ones and some ADA spawned in.  
 

Can someone try to repo this behavior?

Also  tried both Red and Blue on various maps.  Same thing.

Historical filter off (only applies to when selecting units in the editor)? 

Have you removed all of your mods and ran a repair? 

Can you upload an example mission?

Have not run a repair.  How do you do that?  

It seems like it started after yesterday’s update.  I’ll create a mission and upload.

Looks like it was one of my mods.  Once I disabled those and restarted, everything worked.  Now to figure out which one
