Does anyone have a Guide explaining the "Camera Alternative" controls?

Hi all,

 

I'm currently re-learning the View Controls of DCS, but have found very little documentation on this subject, certainly it is not explained on the DCS User Guide nor on each Module Flight Guide.  Does anyone know what the figure commands do?

 

 

Of course, I'm right now trying them in-sim, but if anyone already has a Guide or Reference it would be most helpful.
