Trying out the latest flight model for the F/A-18C. Did anyone notice any changes?

Anyone notice anything on the latest update for the F/A-18? I am a bit behind with the 18, but new there was a recent change. Seemed to catch energy a little quicker?

I often felt that the speed was really really slow to build back up again. True, in the video below it is completely clean, but I did feel it was quicker.

(Using my airshow as an excuse to push one to the limit and see if I could feel the difference. )

One thing to note that I kinda took for granted was the sound. ED has definitely nailed that!

Understood. It's sometimes nice to summarise -especially as the update is still fairly recent. Admittedly I am somewhat behind. I've been away from the 18 proper for a while now and it was a joy to mess around with it and push it hard - and wondered with that still fresh in my mind if others had recently tried it too.

...and who would the best summeriser?  - yes, someone from ED's flight modelling team perhaps on their lunch break could jot down a few lines on a napkin and send it to one of our forum mods.  Just the major stuff or changes... so there's no cloud of mystery and the 'test pilots' here can whip out their charts and tables and test for specific things quickly... before we decide to write essays and speculations
