Can’t post a topic

Might be as a new user you have yet to make a few posts before you're allowed to some parts of the forum.

I joined the forum 2 years ago and i was just reading and Posted 1 question on heatblur forum..

Now i want write down my Personal wish in the Core Wishlist forum and sadly i can not.. 

So i think to start to comment here and there...
