Fast Mission Creator spawns airplane under the ground

Yesterday I tried generating some Fast Missions for the SU-33 (FC3) and the F16 but each time I spawned under the ground. I tried the options: start on ramp and start on runway.
I used the Steam DCS-MT version for this.

Is this a known bug? I can't seem to find anything on it on this forum or anywhere else.

Do you have any mods? If yes, remove them, run a repair and see if that helped.
