Wasn´t in april the spanish dvd version?

It was mid april yes, but most probably will be in june. By that time everybody in spain or spanish speaking countries will already have bought the english version. There are shops even selling that one, imported from UK. I hope it doesen't happen, but maybe because of that, spanish dvd selling numbers will be lower than expected and there won't be any more reason for ED to keep translating and leave it solely to the community via mods (I'd prefer it, if it helps reducing the long development timings):

Our Spanish team are still working hard on finalising the localisation of the software. It has taken longer than forecast, but we are getting close. As soon as we go code final we will make a posting. Then allow 3 weeks for manufacturing. The distributor in Spain is Friendware.

I wouldn't be all thatworried, actually. Spanish is the world's third or fourth (depending on source) largest language with ~322 million native speakers. (French "only" has some 175 million total speakers, according to my wikipedia search.)

 

There can be all kinds of reason why things get delayed.
