crazysundog
Yes, the X52 throttle has mouse functions mapped, 2 buttons and mouse wheel. This allows you to click buttons and turn dials and knobs with the scroll wheel built in. If you want, you can also map mouse click to a button on the joystick. HitchHikingFlatlander
As a word of warning on your approach it may not turn out like you envision and might lose the functionality of trackir. I tried this once with BF2 for aiming and it was more work than it was worth. Looking around with trackir is great but not so great with pinpoint accuracy while keeping your head perfectly still! http://dcs-mercenaries.com/ USA Squad

You don't have to; that button = left mouse button by default. i7 920@4.0Ghz, 12 GB RAM, ATI 4890, LG L246WHX@1920x1200, Saitek X52 Pro, Saitek pro flight rudder pedals, TrackIR4, Audigy 2ZS, Logitech G9x, Vista 64bit.
