Less precise (more realistic) radar tracking at close distance and on HUD

Specially on older airframes (pre 4th generation) HUD tapes of Dogfights and gun sights show how:
1-Hud refresh rate is not as perfect as we have, this is specially evident in thing like Altitude and speed updates (sometimes is precise up to 10knots not units) but also in changes in HUD symbology (refresh rate).
2-TD boxes and gun reticles are not perfectly precise, and many times a bit jumpy, showing how the radar is trying to keep up with Target quick changes at close distances.
3-Even at very close ranges the radar is prone to loose lock for some seconds.
 
It'd be nice to see this represented in some way on new modules. To illustrate my point i leave some youtube links:
