error code 500

hi guys im getting errror code 500 when trying to get on dcs, when i eventually tried updating it was still the same, everything i have purchased is gone, can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

@Hunter error 500 is wrong date or time on your pc, please sync your time to your geographical location and you should be ok.
