fixed Unlimited ammunition issue

Testing on DCS 2.9.4.5.3990

After firing missiles or bombs, the items do respawn on the plane but can not be fired a second time.

Tested with F1CE and F1EE and Magic II, S530F, SAMP 250.

DEFA canon pod does not suffer the issue.
