Where the damn flaps switch?

Can't see flaps switch on left wall? Is it maybe hidden behind throttle?

Haven’t got home from work yet to DL the bird, but from memory should be a toggle switch on the left wall a little aft of the throttle’s.

Its on the left wall, a black switch mounted on a weird looking yellow/black striped block.
