[No Bug] Toggle the Jester menu on and off

Hi everyone.
I would like to point out that once activated, Jester's contextual menu cannot be removed with the same key that activated it (V). The A button (which works great on the F-14) does not activate the Jester menu!!!!

You have to hold A to close the wheel. Single oress on A, while headtracking, will click on the cursor instead.
