Any idea when the MIG Killers Campaign will be released?

Is this campaign expected to release shortly or only when the Phantom exits Beta ?

Reflected said that the campaign was in the hands of ED so I guess with their next patch cycle? Would be nice to see it earlier to help support the Phantom (and vice versa).
