Manual tune UHF not below 230.00 MHz

This is intended behavior as the intermediate position would otherwise result in the frequency 220.00, which is outside of the supported range. So the knob "blocks".

You first have to move the third knob to 5, then you can move the second down to 2. In general, prefer setting the frequency from right to left.

Ah... Maybe this should be incorporated in the Manual? I couldn't find anything related to this quirk.
