Could windows 10 HID support more than 32 button ?

Anyone knows how to make windows 10 HID game controller support more than 32 button ?so I can use my 7x7 pad as UFC for any morden jet fighter.

Windows 7(?j and beyond supports 128 buttons...(+ 4 4 way pov hats?) and 8 axis, so yes. Some old games don't support more than 32 buttons but dcs n7s not one of them
