F-16C HSD & Radar Display settings?

Hi, I have a question.

Is there a setting I'm missing that allows target and friendly to be displayed in color?    Everything on my display is black and white.

There is no setting for that, it should be colored by default.

Do you have any mods installed? If yes, have you already tried to remove them and run a repair?

The only F16 mod I have installed is Red Flag.  I also have several terrain mods and other aircraft. 

In the options panel, I have tried turning the F16 mod off, restarting the computer, and restarting the program.   I have also tried refreshing the F16 program. 

Following your suggestion, I ran the repair under Eagle Dynamics file folder tab.  

On the left MFD the Acquisition Cursor and Min Max Search Altitude numbers appear in color, while all aircraft appear white.

On the right MFD in navigation mode, the display is in color,  while all aircraft and bullseye symbols display in white.

Other suggestions?

If I uninstall the F16C module, can it be reinstalled without purchasing it again?

FYI; Per my friends,    Ghost means he (I'm) Old,  while Targaryen means he rides and fights like a dragon

With mods I mean unofficial add-ons, like for example the A-4 mod. What you mean are often refered to as Modules, as they are official add-ons. 

On the FCR page everything is white except IFF and Datalink symbols. So that seems correct to me. 

Not sure about the HSD though. Can you provide some screenshots? 

And yes, you can uninstall and reinstall it without having to purchase it again.

I have attached four photos, I understand you can take screenshots in the sim, however, I don't know how to do it.

You have a PrintScreen button on your keyboard (or at least 99% of keyboards have one). If you press it, it will save a screenshot in the following place: C:\Users\...\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\ScreenShots

However, your pictures look completely normal. What you see is the normal picture of the FCR page without Datalink adding any information. If you want to have a "colorful" display, you have to enable the datalink in your aircraft.

Thanks, I thought I was turning the Datalink on.  I will return to the aircraft manual and re-read that section.

There also needs to be an AWACS (or wingman) in the mission providing the additional information regarding the HSD tracks.

Gentleman, 

Thank you all,  After revisiting the aircraft manual, and double and triple checking myself, this is where I am at.

In mission scenarios or campaign missions, the display works in color. 

Even with AWACS and a wingman, the color display does not work in instant action scenarios.

I have checked and double-checked all of my systems ensuring everything is turned on correctly and matches settings used in mission scenarios.

Suggestions?

Can you upload a short track or at the very least some screenshots, preferably even a comparsion between the two missions?
