There is one vertical long line and three horizontal short lines at the left side of HUD in land mode.  What is it?

The manual pdf file is old version, there is nothing in the book.

It's the AoA scale with the limit marks (top and bottom lines). Not sure what the third mark to the outside of the line indicates because this scale is also on the general pilotage HUD as well (the HUD you get, when none of the navigation modes are selected). If I get a chance, I'll see if I can figure it out.

EDIT: The only thing that seems true about that third line pointing toward the outside (with limited testing) is that, regardless of airspeed, when the you hold the artificial horizon line level with it, your sink rate will be 10 m/s. That's assuming the aircraft isn't in landing configuration. With flaps and landing gear extended, what that mark indicates is more problematic.

Hello.I agree it's the AoA scale. But it seem not take effect.    🙂

Not sure what you mean. It’s the outward facing tic mark that’s a question mark. The scale with the top and bottom tic marks is the scale itself. Bottom is zero. Top is 24* (if memory serves). Put the aircraft datum at that top tic mark and you’ll fall out of the sky.
