XRNeckSafer Issue! ED HELP!

  Okay, for some reason my XRNeckSafer (latest version) broke after I updated the latest firmware for my Virple Controls...   Don't know how that even works, but there you have it.  Must say, it's truly frustrating!  Been working on it for two days with no luck.  So question to ED...  Why make us rely on third party software when you can just implement it in the game yourselves.  Seriously!  We've had VR for years in DCS now, and you still haven't been able to solve this problem?   

 I can't play this anymore in VR without breaking my bloody neck trying to check my six.  I won't go back to a 2D screen, either.  So seriously ED, how long would it take to implement this, because now I can't play this without really risking hurting my neck.

  This is a game breaker for me, and unfortunately I can't play this anymore until you give us better VR support.  Is it ever coming? Or do you even care?  You have to forgive me, But this truly is upsetting, and I paid a lot of money on this game/sim, and now I can't play it without going backwards to 2D, which I won't do, because the immersion is also 2D now. (it's like going from color to black and white) Please, please work on this already!  I was going to get the F-4 and Kiowa, but why bother now.
