Capn kamikaze Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Can you shorten the audio files, or come up with some way to clear the quewe of them when they're no longer relelvant, I just did a practice dogfight against an F-5, shot it down and kept on getting Jester position call outs for about 15 seconds AFTER it had hit the ground. The only thing that makes this make sense is that what is going on in the dogfight is triggering a quewe of audio files, it is playing through the list regardless of what is actually going on, this would also explain why his call outs are BS most of the time because by the time they're played the bandit is no longer anywhere near that clock position, so the call outs actually do the exact opposite of help.
Rokkett Posted June 16, 2024 Posted June 16, 2024 BFM being highly dynamic, yes, sometimes Jester's calls are a bit after the fact. However, the problem you are describing is that Jester thinks the ejected aircrew swinging under their parachutes are still threats/bandits, so continues to call them as such. I believe HB are aware of this, and a fix is still awaited. 1
