Mods usually have installation guides on where you download them. But mostly, they go to user/saved games/dcs or dcs.openbeta/mods.

For some reason I can not view the image you attached.

you will need to create a "mod" folder in your "saved Games/DCS" folder, and in this new mod folder, another two new folder named "tech" and "aircraft".....all flying mods (user or AI) will have to be installed in the "aircraft" folder, and all AI mods related to ship or ground vehicule will have to be installed in the "tech" folder

i'm trying to download and fly the f22 community mod.

ok. once i do that, unzip the download to the file path, how do i run the mod? will the plane show up in my create fast mission thing?

take a look at the mod you downloaded, the "zip" structure, and extract the "F22A" folder in your "aircraft" folder

And if the mod is correctly installed, you will have a logo in the bottom line of the main DCS screen with all the other official DCS aircraft...
