OPENXR Stopped working natively and now have to us SteamVR as OpenXR Runtime

Hi all,

So for reasons I can't explain or understand, DCS now crashes when I try to start it in VR unless I am using SteamVR as the OpenXR runtime.   Not sure what caused this.  Any ideas?

I have an intel i13900, and 4090. and Varjo Aero headset...I have the command line as "......--Force_OpenXR" and that hasn't changed.  Any ideas what could be causing it.

I had installed the new Nvidia App and updated to the latest Varjo base, but removing them didn't solve the problem,.

Any suggestions?

please attach your dcs log it should have clues 

here is my shortcut example 

"D:\DCS Stable version\DCS World\bin-mt\DCS.exe" --force_enable_VR --force_OpenXR

go to your saved games location on the c drive find the DCS log folder and you will see a single file called dcs, attach that and it should give us some clues 

C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS\Logs

In addition to what BN has said, when you are creating a post you should have the following at the bottom of the post box. Drop your log onto there
