I am experiencing a spike in frame times fairly consistently every lets say 2.5 seconds. I am going from 90 fps in VR, down to 30 fps for a split second. Its just a constant hiccup. How do I go about isolating what the issue is?

Uploaded a video to demonstrate

To try and fix the problem I am running the VR graphics setting in the game.

Do you have winwing's export file enabled, or exports for anything else, regular processes running in the background, led lighting effects from iQue for example did this for me...

Negative on WinWing. Use Virpil. No exports as far as I am aware. I do have iCue running, but that hasnt been an issue for the past few years

so exports happen in Tacview as well if you use that especially with hard disks that can be a problem ... try seeing if there is any CPU activity that coincides with the spike, and track it down ... you can also try uninstalling iCue and seeing if that has an effect, i won't touch it these days i just leave my led's on blue...
