Purchase Upgrade to Flaming Cliffs 3

How do I purchase the upgrade to FC3? I don't see where I can purchase just the upgrade in the EShop only the button to purchase the full module. Could it be that the upgrade will be available for purchase once the upgrade comes in the next release?
