CGNAT work around?

Appears my ISP has changed to CGNAT. I have a public IPv6 address visible on whatismyipaddress. Has anyone had success with any work around to host server/client on one machine with a CGNAT work around or simply by using IPv6 address somehow?

I'm on Starlink which is also CGNAT  I ended up  getting a dedicated IP with port forwarding  through PureVPN that I use on my small server. And my server is nothing to brag about it an old dell t3600 workstation with a 3.2gh xeon cpu.  But I have hosted up to 10 players on some simple training mission and it works fine.

I've tested small rented virtual machine (VPS) just to host OpenVPN Server, the server behind NAT connect as client to the server, and the server is set to forward all inbound traffics (except the ovpn port) to that client. It works, not ideal condition but is technically doable.

The problem was that I still have to pay for the VPS ( about 5$/month) and add unnecessary latency to all connected client, especially if our VNP/server is not in your same town/country.

It was just for a test more than a production environment by the way, but it work
