Published Procedure Training

I'm interested in learning and perfecting my published procedure execution. 

For example, conducting published:

'Missed Approach'

'STAR'

'Holds'

Published Departure Procedures 

Etc.

 

I know just enough IFR, that in the real world, I would quickly be the subject of someone's Aviation Mishap YouTube channel.

I am a complete novice on using such things. I understand the concept, and I'm very familiar with ATC terminology, but actually studying, retaining, and executing it, would be a new endeavor for me.

Is there a person/entity/campaign where one can be taught, coached and critiqued? 

If not, would you mind sharing how you/your squadron learn/practice these things? 

A campaign/YT series on this subject would be well received I believe.
