[07-12- Patch] TACAN Ctrl binds rear cockpit not working correctly

As per title

 

TACAN Ctrl binds rear cockpit xx5x not working. The subsequent ones are one figure too low (e.g. bind for 7 = 6)

Checked again, the 5 bind gets interpreted as an 4

 

xx0x Incr doesn't work either beyond xx5x
