For me optiscaler and then using FSR3 is working for me. Its even good enough for me with my settings to have good spotting and dogfighting in multiplayer. Its not a real solution but a workaround. Its also solving the bad shimmering in F5 and A4E mod I will repeat myself, Optiscaler whatever setting you prefer will make nice looking edges, but makes blury also all units (land or air). This certainly NOGO for most of DCS player which they need to spot enemy ASAP. I will test MSAA on Nvidia card, and will post my findings soon.
