Multicrew issue with NADIR, even when copilot leaving the gazelle and rejoin, entering and editing waypoints not working

running dcs DCS 2.9.6.57650

in a multicrew session, jumping on to a HOT start SA342M

with BSD instructor pilot, before taking off, we set a polar way point with no problems.

i had a BSD instructor pilot bring me to a target location and with in 4000 meters i proceeded to set the gazelle SA342M to a auto hover (CSV engaged)

i was instructed to put in a polar waypoint (pressing POL-> number '0' -> number '2' (for waypoint #2) then ENT, but it didnt allow me to do anything

we had to abandon this function and was unable to add or edit waypoints,
