spawn slots are all grayed out, but my helicopters are installed

spawn  slots are all grayed out, but my helicopters are installed, a mate has gone in with me and it is not grayed out for same hells ?

What mission? Where are these helicopters spawning? Is it on Supercarrier? Do you have the supercarrier?
