Livery Issue

Some liveries work fine, others default to what I think is the default Serbian livery and still others show the livery they are supposed to but have big blocks on the fuselage where numbers could go.

I do not believe that I have any mods installed that should cause the problem.  

Anyone with any ideas about what is wrong and--more importantly--how to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated.

AFAIU they have changed the external model some time ago. Some liveries were changed for the new model but not all of them, and in those cases you get what's at your second picture. This is the original 3d-party module for DCS, so the content goes way back and not always updated. I still don't know how to tell whether the livery has been updated or not, so I just try them and delete those that don't work.

Bummer.  About what I expected though...

Thanks for the answer.  Maybe one day they will update the MiG-21.  I read that it could be after they're done on the Corsair and the F-8, but I guess I won't hold my breath.

It looks like a bort number bug. You could check the liveries that are still working, and compare the description.lua files.

Find what is different, and modify the description.lua with the correct syntax.

I haven't touched the model or liveries since that model update.  All liveries are working just fine here.

@Tiger Lead Same problem. Have a lot of airframes that are stuck on default livery, or just get hung between switching. In static AC, I can't view any warbird liveries, they all stay stuck on the default
