Search Light Always Illuminates Ground

I am not sure if it has been reported, but since the big update the search light always illuminates the ground, even with the search light off. In fact, with limited troubleshooting I was not able to turn on the search light.

Already reported by yours truly. It's the refuelling light. I haven't observed the search light to be an issue so far.
