ME tool: terrain level

Can we please get a tool in mission editor so we can level//flatten terrain. 

Getting real tired of trying to make bases just to see static Objects either floating or laying jagged because of a slant.

Perfect example is Afghanistan. So many fobs/cops can't be recreated because of this issue.
