The issue when building missions is limiting how many of one particular item can be deployed. Crate limits don't solve the problem of, for example, one guy in a Huey putting out 20 Manpads, when really I would like to limit how many Manpads he can deploy. If I could specify how many of each available item (Crate) could be deployed, managing mission behavior would be vastly improved, and the scenarios would be more realistic.
