Double Dutch Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 hello, I currently have an older Logitech 5.1 soundsystem and a Steelseries wireless headset, if I turn on my headset, my speakers go off. My headset is connected via optical to my P's motherboard sounds section. To unclutter my desk, I want to switch to a soundbar - woofer combination (Raser Leviathan Pro) that connects to my PC via USB. What is the best way to connect these things? ----- Don't practise till you got it right. Practise till you don't do it wrong

Raser doesn't have optical, just a 3.5 jack. I am not sure what does to the quality of the sound. What happens if I do not connect the 2 but both individually to the PC, will I need windows sound config to switch them? That would be annoying when it for work and being called in a meeting I think.
